From the moment we awake in the morning (and even before), we are benefitting from the presence, the work, and service of other beings. The trees and plants offer oxygen that we breathe… every object around us was conceptualized and crafted by people, teams and networks of people. It boggles the mind.
In this meditation, there is an opportunity to slow down and notice the various ways that we are connected to each other… and to sense inward to what is sparked by this realization. When we know that we’re connected… so what? How does this affect the way we operate in the world?
