Empowerment through Self-Responsibility

Through guided reflection and discussion, we’ll examine how blame, avoidance, and people-pleasing can lead to resentment—and how reclaiming responsibility for our emotions, choices, and actions can create freedom and clarity.

Beach Qigong
Thursdays, June 5, 12, 26, 5:30 - 6:30 pm in Monterey
We start with a short mindful walk along the beach to reach a quiet spot for qigong practice, and then sit to meditate, incorporating guidance and silence, before heading back.
