Silence and stillness offer a clearing in life’s jungle. Here in this clearing, we can let the heart, mind, and body catch up to each other and be reunited.

In this session, we’ll gather for a bit of gentle qigong and an extended guided meditation to cultivate inner quietude and stillness, followed by time to journal and share.

Mindful Walking & Meditation
