Six-Week Series
Learn what mindfulness is and how to cultivate your own practice of mindfulness that can help calm and support you through whatever life brings!
Each one-hour session will combine teaching, guided meditation, and discussion to introduce various facets of mindful living. No previous experience necessary.

Facilitator: Katie Dutcher, MA
Katie Dutcher has been an educator since 2004 and has studied and practiced meditation and mindfulness since 2009. She is a Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the Center for Mindfulness and a Founding Teacher at Monterey Bay Meditation Studio. Katie leads groups, courses, and retreats through Monterey Bay Meditation Studio and offers individual mindfulness coaching. She also teaches locally through programs at Middlebury Institute of International Studies, CHOMP, CSUMB-OLLI, and Monterey Regional Park District. She has special interests in reflective writing, practicing mindfulness in daily life, and cultivating connection to the natural environment.
