Time and space for sustained self-examination

“I’m really enjoying the work of trying to go deeper into figuring out who I am. I’ve taken many excellent classes through the Studio already prior to this year-long exploration, but for me, those were short-term and short-lasting. I felt I needed a more consistent and prolonged way of getting to know myself better, not always just scratching the surface in fits and starts. Being in this year-long study encourages me to use what I’ve learned from previous Studio sessions and incorporate that into new learnings I’m gaining along the way.

FBC gives me the time and space for sustained self-examination, to really think and meditate over the what, where, why, how, and who I am.  Even though the work can be emotionally difficult, it’s been so enlightening for me, nourishing.” - CV

My true authentic self is beginning to blossom

“Since joining the FBC group I have made meaningful connections with others seeking to look inward, to bravely bring forward part of themselves they have kept hidden. There is both pain and joy in this process, but for me, at a later time of life, I feel my true authentic self is beginning to blossom.” - VM

Warm support freely given

“I am grateful for the immense respect among the participants of FBC for each other, the active listening that occurs, and the warm support freely given.” - VD

A safe place where I have the choice to be vulnerable

“I love being part of FBC. It provides me connections that are meaningful and authentic. This includes conversations about topics that enhance my growth. The facilitator is compassionate and engages with us. The group provides a safe place where I have the choice to be vulnerable and still feel safe and cared for by the participants and facilitator.” - TM

FBC has greatly enriched my life

“Flourish and Bloom Collective has inspired me, helped me grow, helped me heal, let me cry, comforted me and made me laugh. In other words FBC has greatly enriched my life. I am so grateful for this opportunity.”  - MS
