Looking to learn about how mindfulness can help you or wanting to develop in a certain area of your life? I've been there, and I can help!

The approach, content, and intention of the coaching programs will vary with each person, because YOU are unique.


  • One initial "getting to know you" call
  • Four 50-minute calls scheduled weekly or bi-weekly at your convenience to follow up, ask questions.
  • Access to my guided audio meditations and curated resources.
