Many of us struggle with anxiety every day in big and small aspects of our lives. While the unpleasantness of anxiety is universal, our specific stressors and reactions are unique to us.
In this course, we will develop more awareness of the thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and behaviors surrounding our anxiety. Though teaching, discussion, reflective writing, and guided meditation, we will work with mindfulness, acceptance, self-compassion, and gratitude in order to transform our relationship with anxiety.
