This retreat will give you the opportunity to write and meditate in an atmosphere that is supportive, structured, reflective, and deeply nourishing. We'll provide inspiration and guidance to support your writing practice, as well as a timeframe in to do the work-- writing for at least four hours each day. Cultivation of mindful awareness through meditation, yoga, and nature walks supports your creative process by helping to calm and refresh the mind and heart. Times of connection, lively discussion, and sharing provide the opportunity to learn from and support each other as a community of writers.
