May I remain mindful of my body throughout the day. May I care for myself even if the day is busy. .
May I ask for what I need. May my yes be a real yes, and my no a real no. May I let go of resentment; may I live in such a way that resentment isn't needed.
May it continue to strike me that people are doing their best, that I am doing my best, and may I let us all off the hook more readily.
Day 1 of morning journaling. Thank you, @esmewwang ! #pwljournal

It's a family affair-- so excited to launch a brand new offering with my mom and my husband-- A writing & meditation retreat in Joshua Tree this December! I'll lead meditation, mom (Vi) is the writing mentor, and Adil will be on logistics. We'll all be in charge of cooking tasty food. CAN NOT WAIT! Tell your writing friends!
Sometimes I think the sky is just showing off 😀
Once again leaving Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction class with this sad/sweet/happy/grateful feeling. Mindfulness is more than a trend...change your perspective, and you change your whole freaking life. I'm lucky to witness this (and experience it!) again and again. We're back to begin again in September!
Today I fell in love with grasses. Mesmerizing!
